With assistance from medical professionals, Zachary will show how bridge is an ideal "workout" for the brain.   If you or a loved one is interested in participating, please contact him directly at: zachary@pasadenabridgeclub.com

Lisa Walker is a certified teacher, director and Silver Life Master. She is also the current President of ACBL Unit 559.

Lisa’s bridge journey began in 1989 at the urging of her mother, who was a Gold Life Master. Children and a professional career as an acupuncturist got in the way of Bridge but she has found her way back. Lisa has a passion for learning and teaching and that has extended into the Novice games and the Workshop. Nothing makes her happier than exploring a bridge hand and listening to all your ideas about how to bid and play it

Director, Instructor

Susan Kane is a relative newcomer to bridge. After some earlier fits and starts of trying to learn, she took some on-line courses from Mojo himself during the Covid lockdown, and it finally clicked. She soon launched headlong into bridge in general and the world of duplicate bridge in particular. Susan became a certified club director in 2025. She and her husband, Jon Fuhrman, also enjoy helping out newer players during social bridge games at the club.

Susan is a retired biomedical research scientist. She has served on several nonprofit boards in the Pasadena area and she remains active in organizations that promote science, educational access and youth development.

In addition to bridge, Susan and Jon enjoy tennis, scuba diving and lots of travel.
